If you are not an authorized user or do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use this app/website, including but not limited to making a reservation or downloading any content from it. You may browse the app/website and reproduce some extracts and content from it for your information and for non-commercial and personal purposes only. The information and materials contained in this app are for general reference purposes only. You may not:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Tech Software and all its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, legal representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any liabilities, damages, obligations, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees and staff costs, and court litigation expenses) arising from any third-party claims based on or related to your use of this app (including content) or any breach by you of these Terms of Use.

Purple Tech Software provides online booking services on this app for the listed host. Any bookings made through this app are between the individual making the booking (“guest”) and the host, and the booking is subject to the internal terms and conditions imposed by the host from time to time and subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the host’s state.

Purple Tech Software and/or the relevant resort reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings at their sole discretion for any reason. Purple Tech Software or the relevant host does not accept any liability or responsibility for any costs, claims, liabilities, or expenses of any third party incurred by the guest related to or associated with the guest’s travel to and/or from the host.

Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used for guidance only. Service prices are guaranteed only in the local currency of the host country. Currency rates are not updated daily. The currency information provided on this app is assumed to be accurate, but Purple Tech Software does not guarantee and does not undertake this accuracy.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute will be the courts of Doha with appropriate jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Qatari courts for the purposes of any judicial proceedings related to or arising from this Agreement. In case of any disputes, the Arabic version of this Agreement will be the exclusive and prevailing version for the BTable application.

The failure of Purple Tech Software to insist on strict performance of any provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights to take action concerning instances of default or failure to perform at any time thereafter. No waiver by Purple Tech Software of any right under this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any other right or provision or a waiver of the same right or provision at any other time.

In the event of any dispute, no rule of interpretation requiring construction or interpretation against any party based on authorship shall apply in construing or interpreting this Agreement. Any ambiguity in the text will be resolved equitably without regard to who wrote the Agreement, and spelling errors will be corrected to achieve the maximum effect of the parties’ clear and expressed intentions in the Agreement.
